FINALE LIGURE, IL PARADISO DELLA MOUNTAIN BIKE

Ciao Bikers! Benvenuti a Finale Ligure. Il paradiso per qualsiasi attività outdoor, ma sul mio blog raccontiamo di mountain bike.

Una località unica al mondo perché qui non esiste una stagione adatta per girare, qui si gira sempre tutto l'anno. Ecco perché ho scelto di vivere e di aprire qui la mia attività, Casa Manu, deliziosi appartamenti ad uso turistico.

Svegliarsi a Finale Ligure

Svegliarsi la mattina, focaccia con cappuccino e partire con la tua compagna di viaggio la tua mountain bike. Ogni giorno qui è diverso, ogni sentiero è diverso.

Questa mattina c'è fango in Base Nato o al Melogno, molti bikers pensano erroneamente che la giornata è persa, ma non è così. La Finale Ligure Region offre una rete sentieristica bassa altrettanto divertente e impegnativa

Hai voglia di affrontare trail più tecnici e molto local, pedala verso San Bernardino. Qui ti aspettano i spettacolari sentieri dell'EWS. Pietre, tante pietre, trail stretti ma immersi nella quiete. Il segreto di Finale Ligure? se c'è da pedalare troverai sicuramente meno passaggio di bikers. I trail di San Bernardino sono numerosi, Ruggetta, Dolmen o il magnifico Sentiero del Cucco, collegamento perfetto per arrivare a Orco Feglino.

Rollercoaster Finale Ligure

Se avete ancora voglia di pedalare e godere di panorami fantastici, uno dei miei posti preferiti resta la Caparazoppa area. Ad oggi i trail builders hanno fatto un lavoro straordinario, i sentieri X-men e lo storico Bondi sono stati completamente sistemati. Parliamo sempre di trail tecnici dove la tecnica di guida è fondamentale.

The iconic and symbolic trails of Finale Ligure are an evergreen, whether it's your first time or you don't know how many times you've come here to ride, Rollercoaster is always a cult trail.

Personally I don't like to ride to the start of the trail, I prefer a convenient and fast shuttle service (Finale Express company) departing from Finalborgo that loads your bike and takes you directly to the start of the trail. Roller is fast, fun, 6.4km long. Its iconic compressions give way to the rugged section of San Pantaleo, characterized by rock and certainly more technical than the first part.

I forgot Roller has a start with a ramp with roots, it has become a must too!

Parallel to the Roller there is another long path, also a classic, Toboga di Canova. Divided into various sections, the flow of the first part gives way to a central part characterized by narrow rocky passages. Obviously, it's my favorite part.

Another cult place and I would say with an almost mystical fog is the former NATO military base, for us bikers simply Base. The base, in fact, because several paths start from here. From the legendary three, Base Nato, Madre Natura and 115 to the only (perhaps) flow trail in Finale Ligure, Crestino.

I have mentioned just a few trails in a truly unique mountain bike region, with several riding possibilities. I like to remember that Finale Ligure is not a bike park, our hinterland is a complex and fragile territory. Here we question ourselves, sometimes we arrive sure of our riding level but the trails of the Finale area put us to the test.

Finale Ligure is an Enduro location...

We ride bikes, but we like the Dolce Vita. Finale Ligure is sharing an aperitif with friends on the seafront, it's eating an ice cream, it's swimming in the sea after a day of riding, it's pizza and beer on the beach, it's happiness

The perfect season for the Finale area? Personally, every day is perfect, every day there is a path waiting for you.
